March 21 is the World Down Syndrome Day. BBS celebrated this day in its own way, by taking part in the LotsOfSocks Campaign. Students were encouraged to wear odd socks for this day. We also discussed the uniqueness of each and everyone of us. Additionally, a variety of activities, prepared by the SMART program team, took place in the elementary classes; storytelling, sensory games, songs, presentations etc.   The aim of these activities is to celebrate diversity, spread awareness, embrace differences, break barriers, and open doors!
