They learned about relaxation, breathing exercises, reducing muscles tension and sensory stimulation. Moreover,\u00a0 Engaging students in breathing and movement activity helps them become more aware of their bodies. It teaches them how to use their breath as a tool to focus and calm down.<\/p>\n<p>Mind-body exercises can help students learn to calm their minds and regulate their emotions.
