سافر طلاب الصف السادس الاساسي في المدرسة المعمدانية الانجلية بالتاريخ وغاصوا في الماضي من خلال زيارة المتحف الوطني في بيروت بمشاركة مرشدين سياحيين ، وقد تعرّف الطلاب على ماضي بلادهم . جمعت هذه الزيارة في طياتها الاكتشاف والمعرفة والثقافة بالترفيه.

Mommy and Daddy,

Check out what we did! We rode the bus and had lots of fun on the way. We sang, laughed and saw all the vehicles we learned about at school. When we arrived, we each drove a car at “Playtown” and enjoyed creating a colorful piece of art. There were lots of toys and play areas to explore and share with our lovely friends.

We had a great time!

Microsoft Competition for Lebanese Educators

At the Microsoft competition among Lebanese Educators who are using technology in their classrooms (LIE) and that was hosted by Microsoft, ITLS, and the Ministry of Education, Mr. Dakhlallah Obeidy secured the second place and was invited to attend the Microsoft Annual E2 conference which will be held in Paris.

100 Days at School

100 Days at School

BBS learners celebrated the 100th Day of the school year. The main aim was to show our learners how much they have learned throughout the days. This was accomplished through different activities which were held in their classes. Souvenirs and the proceeds of this activity will be donated to the Children Cancer Center of Lebanon CCCL.

On Saturday, March 2nd, the BBS preschool division planned a day to celebrate women! All #Preschool moms were invited and asked to invite a friend (a fellow mom!) Different interactive sessions concerning the mother and child were held.
The event itself was a great success and from multiple testimonies, moms felt leaving cared for and refreshed!

Gr. 1 learners visited the Lebanese Marine and Wildlife Museum where they saw various animals and species in a taxidermied state. They learned about mammals, reptiles, insects, birds, and sea animals. Some of them even carried a living snake!
