During the 3rd central Idea, “How we express ourselves”, grade 5 learners created Tessellations on GeoGebra during their ICT sessions. This helped them to reinforce their visualization skills. Moreover, they modeled real world problems and made connections between the real world and mathematics. Finally, they were able to foster an appreciation for the “Art of Mathematics”.
We designed our passports and traveled to four countries in one day. We tried to eat Chinese rice with chopsticks, wore Lebanese folklore costumes and danced the Dabke, spoke French as if we were in Paris, and made Hawaiian flower necklaces. Those are some of the wonderful experiences we had on Multicultural Day.
Il n’y a que dans le dictionnaire que le mot « succès »vient avant le mot « travail ». Félicitations aux élèves de BBS qui ont obtenu le diplôme du DELF niveaux A1/A2. Résultat bien mérité après un travail régulier et assidu.
Congratulations to our #BBS learners on their success in the #DELF exams. You made us all proud!
